Biltmore is located in the highly desirable Camelback Corridor, just a mile from the Piestewa Freeway. Although it’s right at the heart of things, with shopping, fine dining, and numerous entertainment venues right on its doorstep, it doesn’t feel like part of a city. Most homes in The Biltmore have a style of the 1920s and ’30s Spanish Colonial Revivals featuring dramatic arches, beautiful courtyards, adobe walls, and colored tile roofs. These houses have fireplaces, fountains, and detached guest houses. Other types of homes include lavish condominiums, and for the golf enthusiast, patio homes are conveniently adjacent to the resort’s two 18-hole PGA courses.
Residents have a wide selection of options when it comes to shopping and dining. Biltmore Fashion Park is only minutes away. This open-air shopping center is Arizona’s one of the most upscale shopping, dining, and entertainment destination. Anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue and including such luxurious shopping venues as Cartier, Escada, Ralph Lauren, Stuart Weitzman, Cole Haan, and Capital Grille. Echo Canyon Park on Camelback Mountain is only minutes away. Although Camelback Mountain is not Mount Everest, it offers some of the best urban hiking recreations in America.
Scottsdale Unified School District serves the area. It is Arizona’s Most Excelling School District, with 22 schools earning the state’s highest rating, Excelling. All SUSD schools are rated as Performing, Performing Plus, Highly Performing, or Excelling by the Arizona Department of Education.
